COVID-19 is having a major impact on all workers, but what about the specific needs of LGBTQ+ employees? Pride at Work Canada has developed some recommendations based on a virtual roundtable they facilitated to address the direct and secondary impacts the current global health crisis is having on people in the workplace. Note that their recommendations come from Canadian employees and perspective, but with insight that’s widely applicable.
