Job: Full-Time, Chapel Rock

Chapel Rock, an ACA accredited camp, located in Prescott, Arizona is in search of a full time Outdoor Education Manager. Owned by the Episcopal Diocese of Arizona, Chapel Rock offers a 2 night 3 day residential science camp program, the Aspen Creek Outdoor School, which serves approximately 70 schools throughout the year. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree, 3 years related experience and 1-3 years in a supervisory role. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing a team of 10-12 seasonal outdoor staff, serving as the primary contact and on site host for schools, serving as a lead facilitator and assisting on the Challenge Course, managing program department budget, curriculum design, program marketing and growth, maintaining ACA standards, and assisting the Episcopal summer camp.
