We’re in the process of finalizing plans to hold the 2020 Camp Program Summit at Dubose Conference Center in Tennessee (Save the date! October 5-8, 2020!). But that’s not technically here nor there for this post.

I wanted to share this awesome practice with the rest of the ECCC community: When Stephanie, Dubose’s Guest Services Manager, sent me the rental agreement, she also sent me beautiful photos to use in our marketing materials, with a link to a Google Drive for more. Instantly, my life as a retreat coordinator is that much easier! I complimented her on this great idea, and she shared that not only does sharing photos of the space help with conversations around set-up, it has also made a huge difference in conversions from phone call to booking.
